Here's How Our Shipping Process Works:
- After your order is placed, an order confirmation receipt is emailed and/or texted to you.
- Your order goes through a 24 hour processing period (edits / cancellations can be done during this period).
- Once the processing period is over, your item(s) gets shipped from our US warehouse.
- A tracking number is emailed and/or texted to you (please allow up to 48 hours for the courier to update the tracking status).
- Your item(s) is then delivered to the shipping address you provided when placing your order.

International Taxes & Fees
If you’re an international customer (outside of the United States), you may be subject to customs fees, inbound duties, taxes, or any other fees which are calculated by and paid to your local government. These fees are not collected by Whiskertons and cannot be refunded.
Wrong Address
Deliveries will be made to the shipping address that the customer provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all the information they are providing us is correct. If you decide to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact us at support@whiskertons.com within the first 24 hours after placing the order and we will do our absolute best to make the requested change.
Any requests to edit the shipping address after the first 24 hours cannot be guaranteed since the order will have already entered processing. If the order is returned back to our warehouse, we will then ship it to the correct delivery address or provide you with a full refund.
Returns
Your satisfaction is all that matters. If you're not happy with your product, you're welcome to return it for a full refund within 60 days of delivery. However, the cost of returning the product must be covered by you as the customer. Please visit our Return Policy for more information.
