Of course, our pump is designed to function 24/7. You can —and should— let it run all day and night.

How often should I clean it?

Clean the pump and fountain at least once every 2 weeks.

How often do I need to replace the water?

Depends on your pet. For some customers who have 2 or more cats, they add water every 2-3 days.

Where do I fill the fountain up to?

We recommend filling the Flower Fountain up to the top of the water level window.

What if my cat doesn't like it?

If your cat doesn't like it, or avoids it we recommend waiting 3-4 days so your cat can get used to it. If they are still avoiding it we recommend using catnip on the spout to help get your cat acquainted to it.

Does the fountain make noise?

The fountain is very silent. You'll only hear the water gently flowing, which is very relaxing.

Is the fountain dishwasher safe?

Only the stainless steel plate is dishwasher safe.

How long is the cable?

The USB cable is 5 ft in length.
